Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Atlas-Copco ch200242-PF3009-C-DN-HW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atlas-Copco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Atx product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas-Copco such as the 4240030780 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D22501CPU manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P4GAX1 by Manufacturer Atx as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ats Brand PB202R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Automation-Direct such as T1K16TR equipment made by Automation-Direct have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Automation-Direct products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Automation-Direct" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9040120158 made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular TC52PN original spares produced by Atlas-Copco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F308AD1 by Automation and T1K16TR spares by Automation-Direct are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P316DA2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Direct.
